Built scalable and cost-efficient data pipeline to build OLAP cubes which when compared with existing framework was 10 times faster and more scalable
Implemented spring boot application to process voluminous transactional data related to cloud services (>= 50 GB) to create memory efficient artifacts that were used by downstream processes
Optimized spark-based service by tuning system resources, spark configuration and by writing efficient spark queries(very large jobs taking 3 days to finish were reduced to few seconds)
Built a test framework for simulation based local & CI/CD testing of our in-house job orchestrator
Built a fast and efficient multi-threaded java service to process streams of CSV data to build uni]ied parquet sets
Onboarded new engineers to the team and provided training on the technologies and tools used in the project
Built Azure Cost Management and Governance platform that created new revenue stream for the company

CloudHealth

May 2016 - December 2016

Built a cron based nightly job to collect usage hours, network cost, compute cost and total cost of azure VM instances
Wrote an asynchronous job to test the credentials provided by azure customer and check if Cloudhealth can access customer’s azure resources
Wrote automated E2E tests to catch UI bugs after every release in every stage of deployment
